Nina has been working on editing a documentary about Marc Emery for a while, now, and she’s finally wrapping up. she used one of my songs as a piece of temp music for one scene, and the producers liked it so much, that they’re actually putting it in the film!
i spent part of today cleaning it up and making it sound good enough to use.

i’ve been working on an instrumental EP for several weeks (i’m approximately halfway through), and seeing this picture made me think of this song. it’s not completely finished, but i quite like it.

i am so, so glad you love it. it really means a lot to me when people actually connect to my music.
i have CDs of the full album (just CD-Rs with a nicely printed simple booklet) for $8 and 7” EPs with three songs, “In Fire”, “Plauge”, and “Monument” for $10 (the digital download of the EP also comes with a bonus track, a remix i did of “Hand In Hand” called “Take My Hand”).
i pressed the 7” through a kickstarter fundraiser project, and it was successful in large part thanks to many of my tumblr friends.
both are available through my bandcamp page.
in case you didn’t see this kickstarter update in your e-mail, i’m posting it here! and don’t forget, i have SO MANY copies of the Monument EP 7” left, that if you haven’t, you should buy one.
Ok, everyone, I know it’s been a while, but I finally shipped out all the records, CDs, and posters today. Total combined shipping was approximately $70 for 22 packages.
Now, some of you might be wondering “What about my baked goods?” And you will get your baked goods, but not until sometime in January or February. Why? Because I am running out of money, and baking stuff (and then shipping it) is expensive. So please, bear with me, be patient, and enjoy the music! I will let you know as soon as I start baking for all of you who are getting goodies.
A small request: when you receive your records in the mail, take a picture? Whether it’s you opening the box, hanging the poster, just holding the record, or spinning it on your turntable, I’d greatly appreciate being able to see that you got it and are going to enjoy it.

i am currently burning a bunch of copies of my full-length album Maiden Of Fire. i am stamping the white CDs with a custom-made stamp before burning them, which achieves a spin-art like quality after they are done being burned (see here).
above is what the printed liner notes, which will be inserted into slim jewel cases, will look like. the CDs are burned as “enhanced CDs” as to accommodate inclusion of the PDF booklet and high-resolution cover art. if you would like to purchase one, please visit my bandcamp page (linked below).
i also now have copies of the Monument EP 7” vinyl in stock, which are limited to 250 copies. approximately 40 of them sold during the kickstarter fundraiser i held to raise money to pay for their pressing. if you have not purchased one yet, please do.
