in honor of one of our favourite drag queen’s birthdays, we were going to make our signature Manila Luzon cocktail.
however, the Dominicks we visited had no peach vodka, no pineapple soda, and the strawberries we got from Trader Joe’s yesterday were moldy.
so, we improvised, and the new and (not really) improved Manila Luzon cocktail is:
Absolut Grapevine Vodka
Pineapple Juice
Squirt
Grenadine
Watermelon (on a swizzle stick)
it’s honestly not nearly as good, but it’s still delicious, and it’s still getting me drunk. whee!
