it took me a long time to cope with what happened to me, and i did it on my own. i honestly don’t recommend that to anyone. please, tell people around you. even if they don’t believe you or blow you off, as it was in my case, keep telling your story until someone listens. hold them by the shoulders and say “i was raped,” because you were.
